ALEXANDRE BAXTER & NIURA BELLAVINHA

Nhá Nhá I 13’19’

In some towns of Minas Gerais State, Brazil – unoccupied by the violent and abusive action of mining companies – in the almost desert landscapes, crossed by destruction and dense dust, ethereal elements such as air and light gain weight. In their dynamics, the materiality of an ephemeral and tragic painting, formed in the latencies of the very time that still passes.
