ÂNGELA BERLINDE
Artista e Curadora, Ângela Berlinde é Pesquisadora em Pós Doutoramento na Escola de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. É doutora em Comunicação Visual e Expressão Plástica pela Universidade do Minho e o Mestrado em Fotografia Digital, pela Utrecht School of Arts-Holanda. É docente na Escola Superior de Media Artes e Design do Instituto Politécnico do Porto em Portugal e atua no domínio de investigação sobre as formas híbridas da fotografia, em cruzamento com outras linguagens, tais como a Pintura, o Cinema e a Literatura. É curadora de projetos culturais e exposições de arte contemporânea em Portugal e no Brasil e publicou obras de Fotografia e Texto sobre a Índia portuguesa e sobre a Fotopintura no Nordeste do Brasil. Foi curadora convidada no Festival GoaPhoto em 2019, no Korea Photo Festival e na Bienal de Fotografia de Beijing na China em 2018. Integra desde 2017 o Conselho de Curadores do Museu da Fotografia de Fortaleza, no Brasil. Vive entre Portugal e Brasil.

Artist and Curator, Ângela Berlinde is Postdoctoral Researcher at Escola de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She holds a PhD in Visual Communication at University of Minho University, Braga and a Master in Digital Photography from the Utrecht School of Arts-Netherlands. She is a professor at School of Media Arts and Design at Polytechnic Institute of Porto, Portugal and works in the field of research on hybrid forms of photography, in intersection with other languages, such as Painting, Cinema and Literature. She is curator of cultural projects and contemporary art exhibitions in Portugal and Brazil and has published books about Photography about India and Painted Photography in Northeast Brazil. She was a guest curator at the GoaPhoto Festival in 2019, the Korea Photo Festival and the Beijing Photography Biennial in China in 2018. She has been a member of the Board of Curators of the Photography Museum in Fortaleza, Brazil, since 2017. Lives between Portugal and Brazil.
